This month's topic: using the rush of spring energy in an intentional way
-
Take your time to list out as many details as you can about where you are right now in life. As if you are a character in your mind, observing all the details that make up your current life. Where are you right now? What is working for you? What isn’t working? What is giving you energy or draining you? As always, the more honest you are with yourself, the more you will get out of this writing reflection.
-
What do you have to look forward to this coming month? What big plans or small habits do you have coming up that excite you?
-
Would you say you are using your time wisely? Try rating it on a scale of 1-10 (1 being not at all, 10 being the wisest with your time).
-
If you were you increase 1 or more on the scale, how would you do that? What would it look like to be a little more intentional or wise with your time this month?
-
As you think of doing that, what comes up for you? Excitement, fear, excuses, hesitation, happiness, relief? List out all feelings and emotions.
-
Write out the top 5 feelings you want to experience this month.
-
In what ways might you spend your time to encourage those top 5 feelings?
-
On a scale of 1-10, how willing are you to make time and space for that mentioned above?
-
Great, what commitment would you like to make to yourself right now?
-
What, if any, part of you objects to this commitment?
-
What would you like that part of you to know so that you can move forward?
