I'm Amanda your adventure-driven life coach. Whether it is on the snow, on a river, or in my daily routine, I'm always seeking to spice things up.
I have wasted a lot of time "going with the flow". The flow of what other people were doing. The flow of always saying yes to other people's requests. I had lost myself in being a people-pleaser.
Today I am pursuing my dreams relentlessly thanks to coaching. I'm able to stand up for myself without feeling bad, miss out on events without FOMO, & have time for the things I love, every day.
