Why I Chose to Become a Life Coach
I have wasted a lot of time "going with the flow"; the flow of what other people were doing, of always saying yes to other people's requests. I had lost myself in being a people-pleaser.
Today I am pursuing my dreams relentlessly, thanks to life coaching. I'm able to stand up for myself without feeling bad, miss out on events without FOMO, and have time every day for the things I love.
While today I’m living with balance and managing my time wisely, it has not always been this way. I understand exactly what it’s like to feel so busy you don’t know which way is up. I’m ready to partner with you to expand your confidence, enhance your self-management, and help you live the life you’re looking for.
Self-management struggles affect you more than anyone else. Don’t put yourself on the backburner any longer.
My coaching is not about telling you what to do, but about facilitating curiosity in a way that unlocks and unleashes your truest self. I will increase your capacity for confidence no matter what life throws at you. If you were touched by a book or a post, great! We will find out why it touched you and what you want to do with what you learned for lasting impact.
So often we’re surrounded by people telling us what they think we should do or what worked for them. That’s not at all what I’m here to do.
The fact of the matter is every individual is different. It doesn’t matter if meditation, yoga, using a planner, or something else worked for your friend. You have to do what’s best for your unique mind and lifestyle.
My Coaching Style
My general framework is based on what I learned from my training at Health Coach Institute, utilizing a lot of techniques from NLP (neuro-linguistic programming).
I don’t allow my strategy to become clouded by what the rest of the industry might be doing. I take inspiration from books like You Are A Badass by Jen Sincero and Atomic Habits by James Clear. Why? Because these resources are not just about general advice or professional development. It’s about figuring out what you want in life and building the courage not to worry about the ‘how’.
Balancing Structure & Flow
I've been told that my coaching is a good balance between "masculine and feminine" or "structural and spiritual.” I use this balance between structure and flow to allow us to constantly expand what’s possible.
When you work with me, we’ll determine which of your daily choices is stopping you from getting where you want to be. We’ll celebrate your wins, grow the strategies that are working, and abandon any weight that’s holding you down.
My client sessions are about creating fun, expanding curiosity, and supporting you. While there’s always a time and a place for good advice and hearing what worked for someone else, that’s not what I’m here to do. I’m here to say I trust you, I believe in you, and let’s figure out how you’re going to do what you want to do. I’ll ask questions that will support you in your journey to grow clarity and confidence.
With my coaching style and the TCM (transformation coaching method), we are never deleting anything. Not a behavior, a habit, etc. We are simply adding in more choice and more options so that you can make an informed decision and choose to be different. My goal for you is long lasting change, not a quick fix. I encourage you to bring any of your goals to the table, and we’ll create a custom action plan to bring them to life.

How long do you have?
One of my favorite aspects of coaching is giving people an unbiased space to truly be themselves. Often we have goals we’ve thought about attaining for years, but might view as too small or off-kilter to share with our friends. It’s incredible being a part of the process as people from all different walks of life flourish, and narrow the space between who they are and who they truly want to be.
My goal throughout the process is to coach them into courageous action. In turn, I’m constantly inspired by the brave and courageous steps my clients take. It takes a special kind of person to actually put themselves out there and make the life they most desire happen. I feel honored to work with these individuals day in and day out.

When it comes to my personal life, I’m into all things outdoors and homemaking. Having fun is a huge priority of mine. So on the weekends you’ll find me hiking, mountain biking, rafting, snowboarding, or simply hanging by the beach. I love getting a chance to connect with nature from home, whether it’s gardening, composting, baking sourdough bread, or finding other ways to make my life eco-friendly. I’ve been a life coach now for over 6 years and I’m so excited about the years ahead.
