1- WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM WORKING WITH A LIFE COACH?

Your life will change. You will live with more confidence and more balance between things like work, play, and rest. Your direction in life will become clear as your self-confidence grows and you’ll no longer experience constant confusion, doubt, or distraction. Your top priorities will become obvious and you’ll be more organized. As you begin to love yourself more, you will learn that you are filled with choice and never really stuck. My support and accountability will be there to comfort you, cheer you on, and stretch you so your personal development will come with more ease than ever before. You may notice that change can be easier than you make it out to be in your head and once you get going you’ll want more!


2- WHAT MAKES YOU QUALIFIED AS A LIFE COACH?

I have over 10 years of coaching experience. My career as a snowboard instructor is what really got things going for me. As a level III instructor, I have coached countless people of all ages out of fear and into action, giving them memories to hold onto for a lifetime. I took my love for adventure and guiding people to the summer season and began Whitewater Raft Guiding. This allowed me to really expand on my knowledge of how fear shows up and how to manage it in others. When I decided to take it a step further, I began studying with The Health Coach Institute and now have 4 certifications from them: Health Coach, Life Coach, Mastery Coach, and Transformational Coach, and it’s only the beginning!

3- DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

4- ARE YOUR LIFE COACHING SESSION DONE IN PERSON, ONLINE, OR OVER THE PHONE?

It depends on the program. All 1:1 long-term programs are done over the phone. The Clarity & Confidence Boost calls are done on zoom or over the phone, your choice. Back On Track group calls are done on zoom. No programs currently offered are done in person.


5- WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT DO YOU OFFER OUTSIDE OF CALLS?

Anyone participating in my online course Back on Track can email me at anytime. My 1:1 clients have access to my during business hours through WhatsApp. I encourage them to use this has a tool to ask questions, get live support, and celabrate thier accomplishment. My 4-month 1:1 program has daily check-in messages during phase one where I message clients about what they will be focusing on for the day and check-in each evening to see how it went. This helps enrich our 1:1 calls and really boil down what is working and what is not working (a client favorite!).


6- WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO WORK WITH A LIFE COACH?

I could argue that there is never a bad time to work with a life coach! However, if your work fluctuates with the seasons it could be better to work with a life coach when you are in a slow time at work. Another great time to work with a life coach is while you are in any kind of transition. This could be in relationships, moving, switching jobs, etc. I encourage you to work with a life coach when you are ready. There is no rush and you will get more out of any program if you come ready to do the work.


7- WHAT LIFE COACHING PROGRAM IS BEST FOR ME?

I have a program for anyone who is ready to dive into self-exploration, gain confidence, and set their priorities straight. Whether you’ve never done anything like it or you’ve worked with a life coach before, I’ve got you covered! Generally speaking, I recommend most clients to start with my group program Back On Track where they will learn foundational concepts and lessons that will enrich their 1:1 experience moving forward. However, there are exceptions so don’t hesitate to reach out so we can decide together what program will best serve your needs!


Everyone starts out with a 20-minute call to decide what program will best meet your needs. Back On Track, on average, requires about 2 hours a week. You will be on a live group call for an hour each week and you will watch a 20-30 minute lesson video. Additional time is needed for journaling prompts/action steps each week and participating in the Facebook group. The Clarity & Confidence Boost calls are 90 minutes long. If you are in a 1:1 long-term agreement then you can expect each call to be an hour long with 15+ minutes of action steps or homework to do after most calls.


9- WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM OTHER LIFE COACHES?

My thrill-seeking, change-embracing nature, my passion for the human experience, and my fascination with how rad life can be, sets me apart from other coaches. I chose this career path because of the joy I get from changing people's lives. My business plan always includes me working directly with clients. I want to get to know you, truly, and I want to see you become the most confident badass version of you there is. I have a history of going against the grain to fulfill my heart's desire and it hasn’t let me down. My life story is my best testimony of how rewarding this work can be.


10- HOW DOES 1:1 COACHING WORK? WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

The best part about my 1:1 coaching programs is that they are completely custom & tailored to your needs. I don’t have each session set in stone from the beginning, however, each client gets the basics, Transformation Coaching Techniques, and loads of accountability. This allows the client to show up exactly how they are each session. The basics include teaching basic theories around discovering your top priorities, saying yes & no more confidently, tuning into what gives you energy and takes away, and so much more. I use specific question sequences so you are discovering on your own, I rarely give advice. TCM techniques include a lineup of intentional questioning sequences to connect all the parts that make you whole, your past, present, and future self, and your desires so you can move forward with less internal battle. At the end of each session, we discuss which actions feel more beneficial to you and I hold you accountable to them each session. You’ll be surprised at how far you’ve come!
